Integrative Counsellor

Mary has a lifetime of experience working with people through difficult times.

Having worked as a nurse in various settings including practice nurse, community nurse and palliative care for a total of 28 years, she has since worked in Private Practice alongside working for a Mental Health Charity in Suffolk.

Mary's integrative training means she can adapt her counselling approach to suit you. She will offer you warmth, safety, and trust in the confidential space of the counselling room. 

Her counselling experience includes palliative and bereavement counselling at a hospice in Suffolk, counselling at a charity in Ipswich that supports young persons, and at a charity that supports persons affected by addiction.

Mary completed a BA (Hons) degree in Integrative Counselling in 2022 and is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Her post-graduate training at certificate level includes Trauma and the Body: Dissociation and Somatisation, Working with Relational Trauma, and Child Sexual Abuse: Hope for Healing. 

She can offer a free introduction call.
