Teenagers and Young Adult Integrative Counsellor
I work with teenagers and young adults (16-25 years), supporting individuals through the transitional period of adolescence into young adulthood. I provide a safe space to explore life's challenges and possibilities during a time of growth and change.
It takes courage to seek counselling. Whether you are here looking for support for yourself or on behalf of someone important to you, this is the first step in finding the right counsellor. We never stop growing and learning about ourselves; embracing this helps develop self-worth in a challenging world. Making discoveries and lasting changes through counselling can enrich your life.
I offer talking therapy alongside creative work, allowing you to discover new perspectives and insights into your problems. I have helped people with a wide range of issues, including Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Low self-esteem, Self-harm, Identity and LGBTQ+ issues. I have experience in working with neurodivergent clients. I am neurodivergence-affirming and welcome difference and individuality in all forms.
