Integrative Counsellor

Ready for real change? This is where it all begins.

Being a human is complicated, and life can be overwhelming for so many reasons. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions or something else, therapy with me is an opportunity to process emotions and events in a private, safe, and consistent space.

I have a first-class BA Honours in Integrative Counselling and I’m a registered member of the BACP. I have a wide range of clients from all different walks of life, ages and cultural backgrounds and an integrative approach allows me to adapt therapy to evolving individual needs. I draw on a few approaches including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Transactional Analysis and CBT. I am fully insured; I engage in continual professional development and ongoing clinical supervision to support and enhance my therapeutic work.

I passionately believe that to make therapy accessible for more people, it should be more transparent and less mysterious. I strive to be authentically human and to use straightforward language (no psychobabble here!) to support you in a warm and down-to-earth way, wherever you’re at in your therapy journey.

Through the working relationship I offer, you will feel valued, heard, and understood and get greater clarity about whatever you’re dealing with. Over time, you will start to understand how unhelpful patterns from the past impact your life now, discover tools for making positive changes, and discover how truly wonderful, resilient and capable you are.

Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in counselling and is a member of the BACP. She offers sessions face-to-face and online via zoom.
